 A new addition to Velvet's Cozy Rib collection, the Nevada Drape Cardigan features is a great way to showcase the ultra soft cozy rib fabric.  The Nevada features a distinctive gathered blouson style sleeve that puffs out at the cuff. We love the side slit pockets too. It's a total go to cardigan and we love the feminine sleeves.
